Johnny Humphreys, Chairman
Mr. Humphreys was the CEO of Itron, a $300 million Spokane based company, from 1987 to 1999. He was Chairman of the Board until January 2000. Mr. Humphreys also served as Board Chairman of the Linesoft Corporation for 2 years. Prior to Itron, Mr. Humphreys was the President of Datachecker, a $250 million subsidiary of National Semiconductor. Datachecker pioneered in the development of scanning systems used in retail sales. Previously he was the founder and President of Telxon, a manufacturer of hand held computer systems for Supermarkets. Mr. Humphreys joined the board of GenPrime in January 2003.

Buck Somes, Director
Buck Somes is a co-founder of GenPrime and co-inventor of all of GenPrimes products. Buck received his MS degree from Eastern Washington University. He was the principle author of GenPrime's startup business and operations plans. Mr. Somes led the Company's initial sales and marketing efforts as the V.P. of that division. He now oversees all of the Company operations, management and strategic business development. Buck is a lifelong resident of Spokane, where he currently lives with his wife and two daughters.

Steve McGrew, Director
Mr. McGrew was a founder of GenPrime and is currently President and CEO of New Light Industries, Inc. and Control Logistics, Inc. Mr. McGrew advises GenPrime on all manner of business and intellectual property matters. He has developed and patented several processes in holography, optics and anti-counterfeiting, with 24 issued patents and four patents pending. Papers published by Mr. McGrew are widely used in teaching holography, and virtually every commercial holograph company in the world uses his patented processes.

John Pariseau, Director
John Pariseau is General Manager of WIN Partners, LLC, an angel fund based in Spokane. Prior to WIN, John was CFO of Brewster Heights Packing, Inc., the largest privately owned integrated fruit shipper in the United States. John has also founded a number of successful real-estate and retail ventures over the last 20 years. He is a graduate of the University of Puget Sound and the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, and serves on the boards of The Delta Angel Group, Connect Northwest, and is an advisor at the Hogan New Venture Lab at Gonzaga University.

Dr. Tom Tiffany, Director
Dr. Tom Tiffany brings to GenPrime his extensive expertise in the rapidly growing In Vitro Diagnostics
(IVD) clinical market. Dr. Tiffany has been general manager and then President/CEO of PAML since June 1987. PAML is one of the top 10 clinical laboratories in the US, with six partnerships, billings over $200 M
(US) and 1600 employees. He has been in the Biomedical field thirty nine (39) years; 23 years with PAML and ten years with Instrumentation Laboratory
(Spokane/Lexington MA). GenPrime is moving into the IVD market with its new Point-of-Care Diagnostic Test Reader. The Reader uses a novel image analysis algorithm that allows clinicians to quickly obtain accurate, non-subjective results in electronic format for data sharing and archiving. The product reads diagnostic tests from multiple manufacturers and has applications in clinical markets such as Drugs of Abuse, Women's Health, Cardiac, Infectious Disease and Oncology.

Tom Simpson, Director
Tom Simpson brings to GenPrime his expertise in raising and managing capital. Tom has over 22 years of experience as an investment banker, a venture capitalist and an angel investor. Most recently, he co-founded GreenCupboards, an on-line retailer of environmentally friendly products for homes and businesses. Tom's investment activities are conducted through Northwest Venture Associates
(NWVA). NWVA has raised and invested over $150 million in emerging companies
throughout the Northwest. He is President of the Spokane Angel Alliance and
serves on the Boards of the Technology Alliance of Washington and the Mobius
Science Center and on the Advisory Board for the University of Washington Foster
School of Business. "Tom is a great addition to GenPrime’s Board of Directors",
