Johnny Humphreys, Board Chairman
Prior to becoming CEO and Board Chairman for GenPrime, Mr. Humphreys was the Chairman of the Board at Linesoft Corporation and President, CEO, and Board Chairman at Itron, Inc. Under his leadership, Itron became a leading global supplier to utilities of systems used for collecting, communicating, and analyzing utilities usage. Today, Itron is the world`s largest supplier of systems for Automatic Meter Reading, with approximately $350 million in revenues. From 1975 to 1986, Mr. Humphreys held various executive positions with Datachecker, a subsidiary of National Semiconductor, including serving as President from 1980 to 1986. In 1986, Mr. Humphreys was appointed Senior V.P. of National Semiconductor`s Information Systems Group. Prior to his tenure with Datachecker, Mr. Humphreys founded Electronic Laboratories, Inc. He also served as Executive V.P. of Gulf Aerospace Corporation, along with working for Texas Instruments and General Dynamics.

Buck Somes, CEO
Buck Somes is a co-founder of GenPrime and co-inventor of all of GenPrime's products. Buck received his MS degree from Eastern Washington University. He was the principle author of GenPrime's startup business and operations plans. Mr. Somes led the Company's initial sales and marketing efforts as the V.P. of that division. He now oversees all of the Company operations, management and strategic business development. Buck is a lifelong resident of Spokane, where he currently lives with his wife and two daughters.

Jim Fleming, Chief Technology Officer
Our product development team is lead by Jim Fleming, one of the founders of GenPrime and co-inventor of the TBAK and the GenPrime Yeast Activity Monitor™ products. He has extensive experience managing research projects and has successfully developed products that have been taken to the marketplace. Previously, Mr. Fleming worked as a production supervisor for Power Designs, a scientist for the NASA Ames Research Center, and Director the Sasakawa Research Division at the Linus Pauling Institute for 12 years. He has published numerous scientific papers, many in the field of biotechnology, and holds three current patents and two patents awaiting approval. In 1993, he received the Glenn Foundation Award for his research in the biology of aging.

Darby McLean, Vice President, Business Development
Darby McLean has been with GenPrime since its inception. She is a co-inventor of all of GenPrime's current technologies and is a co-author on several patents. Darby's roles at GenPrime have ranged from Research Scientist to Project Manager and Sales & Marketing Executive. In her current role as head of Business Development for the Company, Darby is responsible for discovering business partnership opportunities and developing relationships to help secure the long term growth and stability of GenPrime. Darby has been instrumental in negotiating and executing several long term contract agreements with large Fortune 500 companies.
