无论您是否正在接受采卵,取卵都是生育过程中的必要步骤 试管婴儿或冷冻卵子。生育专家使用超声波技术,通过小型外科手术,从卵巢内的卵泡中取出卵子。每个周期可以收集的平均卵子数量可能因人而异,还取决于多种因素,包括年龄和病史。

大多数卵子都无法创造健康的怀孕。因此,理想的做法是尽可能多的健康卵子可供回收,以增加卵子受精、发育成胚胎并最终植入子宫的几率。

为了帮助卵巢内的卵子发育/成熟,生育专家通常在取卵前的8至14天内开出卵巢刺激药物。这通常以卵泡刺激素(FSH)注射的形式出现,这有助于发育容纳微观卵子的卵泡。

除了药物之外,你还可以采取一些措施来更好地为卵子发育做好准备。卵子完全成熟和排卵总共需要80-90天,这也是取出卵子的时候。因此,在你开始药物注射前两个月,卵子已经开始活化和发育了。在此期间,您的所作所为可以帮助支持和改善卵子质量,并在您的生育旅程中保持身体健康。
